There is no such street as "Penn Street" in East Lansdowne and the last time I looked, the borough orders the street signs, not the state.

The nw green sign hanging off the traffic light at Penn blvd and Baltimore ave says Penn ST and the small old black sign has penn blvd on it. I hope this clears things up. I know ther is no Penn street in E.L. That is my point. That is why they should replace the Penn Street sign with the right one.
