Description

Neighbor is using resident's trashcan, mixing garbage and recycled items, filling up bins, sometimes leaving no room for resident's own garbage.

Having attempted to converse with some people in this city I would suggest a conversation with a beat officer or LCI inspector may go a little more smoothly.

I keep asking for the City of New Haven "verified officials" to identify themselves as this keeps happening because a either one or a few of them are not correctly assigning issues- why anyone could logically think that a city trash receptacle (owned by the city) and placed on the curb-line (also city property) is considered a private property issue is beyond comprehension.
AGAIN identify yourself or at best, let the proper departments do their job.
