I can not believe that the city thinks there is no issue at this residence! The ducks and rats and overgrown trees are a health issue and eye sore for the neighborhood! The tree in the swale is growing more branches out of the trunk also. What more does the city need to see before something is done???

I've seen the ducks too. And the bushes and trees are inviting for a buglar.
