Per the Zoning Inspector: I have monitored the property this week and have not seen vehicles parking on grass. The gravel drive and parking area is within the square footage allowed for the property and appears to have been in place prior to the new regulations of the Special Residential Parking Overlay District. At this time the parking area is considered compliant. I will continue to monitor the property. Cars would not be allowed to park on the grass only on the gravel driveway area.

I believe this parking area was added after the regulations went into effect. Prior to that it was just grass.
