Description

Since 2 or 3 storms ago the crosswalk has been blocked between Rexam and the Torrington Co. property. Pedestrians have to walk in the street. The crossing button is not accessable. The fire hydrant is buried!!! These companies have to be fined and charged for the removal of snow, before any resident does. I complained on sound off but nothing has been done. Shame on the city for not making this a major prioity right up from the police dept. on a major street. It's a State highway...... Someone take notice.
