Per Zoning Enforcement: The property owner has tried to correct the parking with landscaping. I have been monitoring the property and spoke with the owner last week to let him know the parking is still an issue. He came to the City last week to discuss the parking area requirements and will be applying for a permit to bring the existing driveway up to code. No work can being on the driveway till a permit is issued.
