Sounds like Noah might be related to it's absentee owners.

I'm thinking Noah must be the owner or related to the owner. Asking that property owners keep their area respectable is not too much to ask. It's the 'neighborly' thing to do when the residents are going to be spending their money at the establishment.

Make it a warming shelter

It was an eye sore even when it was open! Some people have no respect for their surroundings or pride in their establishments. The township should enforce reasonable appearance more.

This corner looks bad. Where are the owners and why hasn't this been cleaned up? Talk is that theres a leaking gas tank underground so that's why nothing has been re-opened. Why hasn't this been fixed in over a year? Even when opened it was a nasty stinking store. Owner never cut grass, etc. This is nice area too.
