Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. please dispatch mobility response immediately, the HOV is backed up almost to 610 to exit downtown. in addition this has been this way 4 days in a row. please fix the issues at the exit to reduce the traffic. All the traffic comes together and tries to cross each other causing a major traffic jam which has progressively gotten worse.
