Description

On Saturday, Nov 1, about 5:45PM, this parking meter accepted my quarter. Then I added a second quarter, and the meter said that it was broken. I added a nickel, it turned back on, though with only credit for 25 cents. Then I added one more quarter, and the meter again showed that it was broken.
