Description
Large depression running across road, creating a large perpetual puddle in front of 7110 115st. Some asphalt would be nice to help dissipate puddle until a more permanent fix can be undertaken.
- Also just to the north there is a man hole cover in the middle of the road that has been pushed up and will soon be creating an issue, possible damaging lower vehicles

Transportation Services is aware of the condition of this road. A service request has been created for this issue. All reported issues are assessed by our Maintenance Coordinator and put on the list for repair by priority.
