Description

A parking spot within the TD Bank parking lot is being ticked every day. The ticket is for $50 for "Illegal Boulevard Parking". There is no "No Parking" or "No Boulevard Parking" sign posted. This parking spot appears to be part of the TD Bank parking lot. I have spoken to the policeman issuing tickets to that spot to no avail. People assume they are parking legally within the TD Bank parking lot.

There used to be planters at this spot preventing people from parking illegally. I guess people moved them so they could, um, park illegally. You could talk to the bank. But if you get another ticket, take some pictures of the spot and fight the fine. I think it's reasonable to think you could park there by the way it looks, and the traffic court judge will probably agree.

About three weeks ago City workers came in and put two 'No Parking 'signs on concrete bases on the spots where cars use to park and get tickets.
