Trash is accumulating behind the concrete traffic barriers. Some people are dropping trash for various reasons.
There should not be concrete traffic barriers at that location but a fence like on the other side of the off ramp to keep vagrants and homeless from accessing under the off ramp, littering and setting up encampment occasionally .
Considerable amount of Trash is extending as well down the road on the west side of Bryant street before the dog park.
