This fire hydrant is simi-blocked of the time by a deliver vehicle or the owners of the property to park infront of their home. they only leave a foot from their car to the hydrant... anyone else would get a ticket, how come they dont, have to be penialized, and when they park there they also park right around the turn on the other side of the road causeing cars and trucks to make a 5 pt turn to get around the end of pine grove...
