With the limited access to the roads, due to the harsh winter, it is now extremely dangerous for traffic and walkers for 64 Rosemary Lane to be putting their trash barrels right in the road, and on top of that, on Sunday mornings, when the trash will not be picked up until late Monday. This is a very selfish and dangerous action. This is a school path, with buses and children walking to bus stops. They also park their car so that the front is in the road, in order to have plows go around them. A very dangerous and selfish act again.
