Description

House and garage has had additions built without the proper permits. There is exposed wiring, broken drain gutters, broken windows, flaking paint, rotten siding on house and garage, birds living in attic, and now they are dumping what looks like drywall along fence line. You also can not go out your own back door without having spotlights turning on.

There has been no change to these issues, except spotlights being turned down facing ground instead our windows. illegal additions to house and garage have not been addressed.

No change to additions to house. Even though city had him remove this years ago, he put it back with in a week and has bragged that his connections with city authorities won't make him take it down again.

How can you build a extension on your home using wood framing, tarps, plastic and existing border fence for walls, add a window a door then a tin roof without a permit and call this a legal construction in this city???

Home owner is slowly putting back the together illegal addition to garage city had him take down last year. No change to unpermitted addition to house. Why has there been NO response from city to these issues?

Broken windows have been repaired with duck tape. Birds homes have been either removed or foamed in. House has been painted. Making progress here.
