I just walked by this morning and the same lock, now placed on this inside of the gate was still there which tells me so are the folks living under there. You can't just say something has been done and close the issue if in fact it has not been done.

Today around 1:30pm I saw one of the people who is living under here exit, with his bicycle, and relock the gate. If he's there lock is on the inside. If he's not there the lock is on the outside. This NEEDS to be fixed and fixed permanently.

I missed taking a photo of the guy leaving yesterday but wanted to make sure it is understood where his camp is. At the point where the concrete stops and then starts again a couple feet later is a gate. That is where the man has a lock. Again, be aware, if the padlock is on the outside he is gone. If it is on the inside he is there. It is possible several people live there as well.
