These roads are hazardous in bad weather conditions with either making exit onto hyde park near impossible and/or dangerous, and entrance into the neighborhood hazardous due to lack of traction. Also, these roads need frequent and costly grading due to bad drainage causing ruts, pot holes, and washboard. However, after grading, the roads are slicker than ice due to the fine layer of dust that settles after grading. Paving is the only solution to ensure safety of its residence emergency responders when answering a call, as i said, especially in bad weather. Rain or snow make these roads treterous.
