Description

Neighbor claims he has called to have city remove his horse who died in the city easement between East 35th and East 36th streets on Cortlandt. Horse is wrapped in carpet like material and starting to smell. Body is located next to my home at 3518 Cortlandt St, between fences in alley way. This is less than 20 feet from my home and is most definitely a health hazard. Just need to verify this problem is in the system and someone will be here soon.
