Better to let wet poop dry (mark with sticks so no one will step in it) then gather into a trash cup with stick and moved to near secluded bush or tree secluded enough to be sanitary. These poop bags with poo in them produce toxic bombs that will remain toxic and ugly for decades.

Poop bandits - those who grab their pooches poo with a baggie then a few steps or yards further throw said poop bomb onto the street - or usually throw these bags full of poop into tall grass near road or leaf piles on street- completely contaminating these non plastic sanctuaries, usually newly arrived bullies who act almighty and righteous with their disdainful stares at lifelong residents who walk off-leash. We have poop bags six months old still festering throughout our once clean neighborhood. Poop bandits!

Poop bandits probably also the ones who use rat poison killing all our Owls and Black Cankes.

Plastic poop bags tied up are Methane bombs thrown by sidewalk - all over neighborhood for months.
