Description

Like EVERY day and EVERY night there are cars illegally parked on the side walk on both side of the bridge violating Homeland Security Law as this is a Federal Waterway. They block the sidewalk by parking on it, they leave trash everywhere, they fish off of the bridge instead of the pier and they park half of half off sometimes, swinging doors open to traffic and swinging fishing poles around. Does Homeland Security need to be brought in on this. New Haven has a clear and substantial liability here. It needs to stop.
