deep potholes that collect lots of water creating a larger than life mosquito issue. i believe it's a health hazard. Can't drive on road without probable damage to vehicle

Please report this to the Public Works Dept. to fill those when they can 937-3585. The likelihood of a health risk from mosquitoes breeding in a hole that cars do drive over (albeit at a risk for their cars), is highly unlikely.
