Description

This trashcan is chronically overflowing w/ trash b/c people dump bags of household garbage. PLEASE post a sign informing people that it is illegal to dump household trash bags in public receptacles. PLEASE start fining people. It is the only way to stop this chronic problem. And PLEASE empty the trashcan more regularly.
