Description

For the last several weeks the red light at belcher and 580 has been changing sequence. Some times it will have both left turn signals normal and days like today (north bound) the left turn signal turned on as usual but was very short. Then the north bound lanes (going straight) green light was extremely short and then the left lane turning east onto 580 turned on a second time. That turn light turned off and the northbound (straight lanes) turned green again and lasted about 5 seconds. I saw a car having to slam on the breaks and nearly rear-ended because of this. This lights sequence is always changing but today was by far the worse. This is constant changing of the signals is going I cause a major accident one day.
