alley's are loaded with debri and weeds.
contractors have used for dumping.

It's really bad, we've been trying to cleanup during neighborhood cleanups for 2+ years and we can only manage to do the houses surrounding ours. Maybe if we all band together, we could get it done in a couple weekends. Maybe the city can provide the dumpsters and bags...
