Description
A Right Turn Lane is needed on State Road 215 for the northbound lane to expedite the large volume of traffic departing from Fitch High School. All the cars wanting to turn right onto Rt. 1 could then make a right turn on red. People are already doing it by passing illegally on the right, which is dangerous. It looks like there is enough room to add the lane.

It looks like the watch area for Groton Public Works was created after your issue was reported.

Try it out on your other two issues.
It also looks like this was sent to the State DOT who is likely responsible.
Groton DOT, do you do striping on State owned roads in your city or do they?
Kate, I would pass the issue around to some of your neighbors and ask them to weigh in by clicking "I want this fixed too" or commenting about the situation.

Hi Kate,
It also seems that the email address for that State employee was no longer valid.
I added the DOT spokesman to that watcher instead.
