Description

A few nights ago a car hit a large buck on Whitney Avenue. Today I was walking by the area where the deer was hit and it appears that the animal was moved into the woods about 20 feet from the sidewalk and is rotting there now. I don't know what the city's procedure for removing road kill is but surely dumping it in East Rock Park is not it.
