Reported via the East Bay Bicycle Coalition Hazard Reporting website (ebbc.org): The intersection of Boulevard Way, Garden Court and Kinney Dr is very dangerous due to limited traffic controls. But Boulevard Way between Kinney and Olympic is very bad for cyclists and pedestrians. There is virtually no shoulder and there is no sidewalk. The street is narrow and winds, and although the speed limit is 25, vehicles do not yield for bikes and are frequently drive 35 mph.
