Here's my expectation: This issue may not be inspected, let alone corrected any time soon. The Dekalb Roads & Drainage inspector for the Meadowcliff/Heritage neighborhood area is Sandra Brown Hall (404-297-2573). On 9.27.13 she informed me that there were 300 inspections on the docket.
An earlier, similar R&D issue I reported to SCF in mid-September was to be dealt with in 45 days (as of 9.25.13). That issue had already been inspected and put on the docket Still no resolution to that.
So be careful out there folks. This could take a while...
