Last week I reported a tag at this same location which was cleaned up nicely and quickly. Unfortunately this will can be a real target for taggers and it now hosts another mid-sized black tag. I don't have a photo of it this week.

The wall with the tag is facing Bellevue near the intersection of N. Belvedere.
