There used to be residential zone 2 signs posted(limited to 2 hrs.by others) along the block. All have been removed so that anyone from MD,VA, etc. can park all day & night. If this is allowed now because of the churches, I will inform everyone that there is free all day parking just a few blocks from Metro.

More useful approach would be that the residents on that block fill up the unrestricted spaces first and then leave the restricted spaces for other residents returning later and needing spaces.
