Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector has determined that there are no active code violations found on this property, identified above, at this time; however the Inspector will continue to monitor the situation in the future.

Thank you for responding. However, this should not be closed because the weeds on this abandonded property are clearly higher than 12 inches as shown in the photo of the property. They have not been cut since this photograph. Please refer this complaint back to code enforcement. The violation code citation is City Code Sec. 38-154(a). If this is closed without a citation, please respond with the name and contact information of the code officer who has declined to enforce the ordinance.

Per inspector the picture submitted is 807 N. 23rd St. and it has been turned over to DPW to contract out for cleaning. 811 is a paved parking lot.
