1323 Dorchester Road is a car dealer. He has cars parked on his property and lawn as well as 5 to 7 public parking spaces. I live on his block and every single time I get home from work, I have to park a block or two away because of his selfishness. He has PA, CA, NJ and VT plates (some of which I think are expired) on these cars, parked on the streets. They are mostly late model Camry's and Saabs. Is this allowed? I have one car, and I can't even park it close to where I live, while he allowed to park on his property, lawn as well as public spots? Please look into this matter. I have spoken to several of my neigbors and are considering bringing a complaint to DOT and NYPD.
