Description
The blocks of 8000 and 8100 Terry St. - in particular, the upper end of 8100 Terry - are dangerously icy. It is literally scary trying to maneuver a car down the street, and almost impossible to avoid hitting cars parked on either side, due to the ice.

I'm closing this issue because the weather has warmed up and the ice has finally melted, but this is certainly no thanks to the city of Philadelphia, which did nothing to help.
