A construction project in the area has knocked out the detection systems at several intersections along Windward Parkay. Repairs are expected to be completed in approxiately two weeks. Our traffic engineers are currently working to manually adjust the signal timing in the effected area; however, this temporary meqasure will not be able to account for changes in traffic patterns throughout the day.
