Description

A fire ravaged the property at 2125 Pierce in Sept. 2012. There are several violations listed on the L&I website due to its condition. It has essentially become a refuge for every type of vermin in the area - including cats, mice, roaches, raccoons etc. In addition there is also a huge gap between between the exterior walls that is creating/causing water damage to my adjoining home at 2127 Pierce St. I have had a few contractors to estimates regarding repair and they are numbering into the thousands of dollar range for a "possible" repair. I NEED HELP!!! The owner of record passed several years ago and the last resident passed in the summer 2013. I am at my wits end with the city and its stagnant response. Please help!
