Description

More public trash cans are needed along Quinnipiac Avenue. This is a main drag for people walking to Wal Mart and bus stops and the litter is out of control. Broken glass, food wrappers, plastic bags cigarette butts clogging up storm drains and gutters.

Thanks for writing. We will consider your request for public trash cans in your area, weighing the cost of trash receptacles (approximately $700.00 a piece) and the upkeep of maintaining them (emptying them on a regular basis).

Thank you. I hope that someone personally comes and looks at the amount of trash in fence lines and gutters. It would be a big improvement.
