Description

Two people, one by the name of Josh Fuqua, approached me and my friend, asking if we could donate money that would go to children's books. I said yes. He also told me if they get enough points, the program that they were supposedly in, they would get to go to Italy. They hiked the price up of the books as time progressed and I don't know why I didn't stop myself. I was just stupid and unaware. I gave him 120 dollars in cash. They gave us receipt. They told us we could cancel the transaction on the website for the program. The program, explorercomm.com looks like it is made by a 3 year old. I typed in the receipt number for five days and nothing has occurred. They told us to wait 3 days for a call from the company to verify the transaction. I have not had a cal in 5 days and nothing ha been updated on the website. I called police, but at the time, it did not seem like fraud. I mailed the receipt back to the company. I am hoping something will happen. He gave me a phone number but it was from Reno Nevada, where I found out via facebook a few relatives live. I reported this event to the Apartment management. They told us that no soliciting was allowed.
