Couch or other furniture debris have been dumped at the vacant lot between 625 23rd st. and the freeway. Also, a basketball hoop has been set up in the street, and there is a lot of broken glass on the street in front of 625 23rd st. The house at 625 23rd st. has a broken window in the front and the door looks like it does not lock (code violation?). there is also graffiti on the building.
