There has been a Mattress in front of 1435 N ST NW Washington, DC 20005 for going on 2 weeks. The mattress is now laying flat in the middle of the sidewalk blocking sidewalk access. The management company (Urbane Results), whose office is inside of the building, has been moving the mattress for these entire 2 weeks to: in front of the building next door, out on to the sidewalk etc. People are watching them move it every day, several times a day. The building next door has been moving it back. This is child's play. Instead of Urbane Results trying to push off the issue for 2 weeks- step up for the betterment of the neighborhood and have the mattress removed. You're a management company in the city, do you not have a contact or a budget for maintenance of the area that surrounds your building. Regardless of whose mattress it is or who put it there, it is in front of your building- address it. If you spent as much time addressing the mattress as you have moving it in front of other buildings it could have been gone by now.
