Description
Motorcycle gang with no mufflers/loud noise at all times of day. Resident of that complex along with his friends of whatever motorcycle gang he belongs to ride in and out of Kelly CT numerous times a day and night(2-3am) constantly breaking noise compliance laws. This needs to be fixed. They will idle for 10-15 minutes and peel away, you can hear them from BLOCKS away.
