Recycle bin not emptied it had a note on it to take the cart but it wasn't taken . So now we have two broken recycle bins (one of which is full of recycling because they would not take the contents). They did leave one new replacement but we need a second as it is a two family building. And we need them to take the content that is in one of the broken ones ( which get broken by being old and the process of being emptied.) Please let us know how we can arrange for this to be picked up before next trash day and how to get both broken ones taken and to please get one additional one delivered. Thank you
