Description
University Place is not plowed! There are many people who live in that circle that are physically & mentally disabled. If emergency personnel had to respond, like the often do! They would not be able to get to the person in need of help! Not to mention, essential state employees also reside in the neighborhood & they are hindered as well!

You might call trying the Emergency Operations Center. Here's some information about it from one of the Mayor's press releases:
"To respond to the needs of residents during this snow emergency and to centralize response efforts, The City's Emergency Operations Center has been fully activated on a 24 hour per day cycle. Residents can therefore reach a live operator 24 hours a day at (203) 946-8221 to report snow related street hazards or call (203) 946-SNOW (7669) for the City's informational recording."
