I reported this issue back in August:

Although the city claims to have had this taken care of, and closed the ticket, the branches still remain. Nothing has been done, but of course in your reports you have made it seem like the city is responsive. This is unacceptable. I have to wonder if you paid the contractor for doing NOTHING.

THIS REQUEST WAS INVESTIGATED BY EDWIN BLAKEY - THERE WAS 1 BRANCH ON THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT AND THIS ADDRESS - HE PICKED IT UP AND PUT IT ON HIS PICKUP.
