This location is on the south side of 28th Street, just west of Adeline. It's part of the blight empire centered around the homeless men who are allowed to live in the vacant lot on Magnolia just north of the mattress facility. Friday afternoon, there were 5 RVs parked next to the vacant lot, each with its complement of vagrants.
Totallyjb, a suggestion based on my experience with SeeClickFix -- if you watch an issue and check out the area immediately if/when it is marked as "resolved", you might be able to call it out and get results if it has not actually been fixed. This worked well for me with a missing access cover that created a tripping hazard, it was only after I reported a non-fix after it was marked fix that action was taken. To work best, I think SCF relies on us to watch our reported issues and hold city agencies accountable...that's my impression anyway. I don't think there's anybody but us double checking to make sure the city is actually fixing the issues they say they fix!!!
Oh, and to be fair to the city -- on my issue it turned out to be a PG&E issue, not a city issue. So please excuse my suggestion that the city had not addressed a problem that was theirs to handle, that was not actually the case.
