Grass is over 2 ft tall and there is bags of garbage and mattresses laying around.

One or more of my neighbors seems to be using this lot as their personal dump. I've been trying to figure out who it is. Could the mayor's (obnoxious) camera be moved further west on Glenburne for a while?
