Description

I waited for 10 minutes in the pickup area in front of Union Station. As hard as I tried to keep my distance from the 2-3 smokers in the area, by the time I got into my boyfriend's car, the smoke had gotten into my hair, coat and clothing. This is a relatively small, high-traffic area that many people have to use; smokers should not have the right to force their secondhand smoke on everyone around them. Why not enact a 25-foot ban, like many office buildings do? It's not like you're going to drive customers away, people have to use the train station.
