Description

HOA park at intersection of Market Square Rd & Market Square Way is not being maintained by the property owner. According to tax records this is parcel is owned by the Summergrove HOA. Sidewalk and curb is busted from a watermain break years ago, trees are overgrown and hitting cars on road. Grass is 2' tall. Confronted property managers and they say they do not own it. We need the City's help.
