Everyday from 9AM and til about 1 to 3AM sometimes, my Neighbors and I have to deal with the Noise, Drug Dealing and Fights on Front of 49 Jackson Street... This is an everyday thing and we have contacted the Police many times about this issue. Every time Police responded to our calls, they would scatter and then they would come back in less than an Hour and it's all over again, 99% of them DO NOT live there.
Our Kids are afraid to walk home from School once their Bus dropped them off because they have to walk by there / in front of 49 Jackson Street... Some of our kids now are afraid to leave the House to go to a Park or just to a street Corner Store. This is getting out of hand because this is NOT someone is hanging or sitting in Front of their House with lawn chairs. I would like to see someone from the City to come by and check it out and something has to be done ASAP before it escalate to further violence or one of us being Shot.

Well, today is November 15th, 2013 and as you can see, it didn't last too long.
They are back Selling Drugs again.
Why can't the Police just sit in an Undercover VAN from afar and watch them. It's easy, all they have to do is wait until their Customer drive up, the Drug Dealer(s) gets in the Car, the driver drive around the Block / Corner to exchange their Dealing, and in less 2 mins, they are back again and drop off the Drug Dealer(s) off.
How hard can that be? Obviously they are NOT professional Drug Dealers... If I can figured it all out and the Haverhill Police Department can't?
