I have reported this major issue at least 5 times now. The city came and filled the hole and graded with dirt. The dirt is now a problem much large after the rain. The alley is destroyed and can not be passed without damage and major mud all over your vehicle. The alley is used for my off street parking access, which the city requires for this neighborhood. This is unacceptable. There are at least 6 vehicles parked on Norfolk Street right now that are employees vehicles from Advanced Plumbing and Lovelace Company. Parking needs enforcement and the alley needs immediate fixing so those of us who park legally can access our parking via the alley, as well as access our businesses without property damage to our vehicles. It is again, unacceptable to simply dump dirt in a hole and create a muddy disaster area. The alley needs to be properly fixed ASAP. This is a joke. I am very angry about the condition of my vehicle, that I now need to attend to because of this completely negligent and inadequate "fix".
