Been sitting in front of ghetto neighbors house for TWO years now! Has not been moved/driven, or occupied in that entire time! The sole owner has a total of 3 vehicles out there now, which hurts other neighbors when it comes time to parking.

In order to enter a service request for an abandoned vehicle, the Police Dept. requires the following: the color make and model, the license plate number and state, the condition of the vehicle, if anything is broken or missing, if the vehicle is drivable, how long the vehicle has been there, and the police district. This information is needed for each vehicle.
A vehicle which is inoperable (e.g., missing or flat tires),
hazardous (broken glass), has expired registration, and/or a
expired inspection sticker will be considered to have been abandoned.
If a vehicle meets the criteria of an abandoned vehicle,
then and only then will it be towed.
